Clifford E. McFarland, Senior Managing Director

      Mr. McFarland has been successfully involved in providing management consulting and senior level strategic financial advisory

 services to entrepreneurial management teams for over 25 years. He is co-founder, and currently serves as Senior Managing Director, of the advisory firm LITMUS Consulting based in Houston, Texas. Mr. McFarland’s active participation with client companies in successfully designing, organizing, structuring, and executing strategic financing plans for corporate growth has resulted in an ever-expanding active network of professional financial relationships with domestic and international institutional equity and debt capital sources, including private, public and strategic. Mr. McFarland has a solid base of management advisory expertise for high-growth, private and public entrepreneurial companies. He has been engaged as a Strategic Corporate Advisor at the senior management and board level to more than one hundred high growth companies (including several elected to the Inc. 500), in over 30 different industry classifications, with rapidly growing operations in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia, and the Pacific Rim. Mr. McFarland graduated from the University of Houston/Clear Lake with a Bachelor of Science in Business/Public Affairs. He is currently a director of Teletouch Communications, Inc., LITMUS, LLC and LITMUS Consulting.

Michael Hick, Managing Director

      Michael Hick has had a 50 year international entrepreneurial career, building, running, merging and selling businesses throughout the world. The first 25 years were with firms at Lloyd’s of London transacting day to day business in over 60 countries, building and managing 16 successful companies on three continents. During the last 25 years Michael has built, owned and co-owned an international Consultancy group, an Executive Education enterprise, two national Managing General Agency groups, a Reinsurance Intermediary and a Bermuda based Captive Insurance Company. He sold his interests in the financial service companies to a major international public company and he now currently serves as Managing Director of the advisory firm LITMUS Consulting based in Houston, Texas. Mr. Hick is Founder and Director of Global Business Initiatives a world-connected consulting company which has engineered the turnaround of overseas subsidiaries of Fortune 1000 companies, negotiated numerous mergers and acquisitions and refinanced and management-retooled a number of growing technology, financial services and energy related companies.

Sherry Sullivan, Vice President

      Ms. Sullivan has experience spanning the last 24 years within the information technology, media and financial sectors. She has served in the management, consulting and account management capacity predominately in the program management and business development areas where she affected significant and quantifiable increases in revenue and goal attainment for each company she has worked. Ms. Sullivan joined LITMUS Consulting from Gartner Inc. (NYSE: IT), where she specialized in working with and advising small to mid-size entrepreneurial companies, primarily in the financial industry.
